This is a practical summary-style agreement for the product as it exists today. Have your legal counsel review before relying on it for high-stakes decisions.

1. The service

PromptGuru provides a web platform to discover, upload, and interact with AI-related prompts, videos, workflows, and marketplace listings. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or our policies.

3. Your content

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant PromptGuru a license to host, display, distribute, promote, and technically process your content as needed to run the service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

4. Acceptable use

No illegal activity, harassment, malware, attempts to break security, or misuse of others' intellectual property. No automated access that overloads the service or bypasses restrictions.

5. Marketplace & payments

Purchases, payouts, and taxes may be handled by third-party processors. Additional rules appear at checkout and in creator tools. Fees and eligibility can change with notice where required.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” AI outputs and community content may be wrong or incomplete. You use prompts and workflows at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptGuru LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (or fifty dollars if none).
